What can I expect in sessions?

I give you space to hear yourself think, I don't take myself too seriously, and I use EMDR and Solution-Focused therapy to help you move through what's been keeping you stuck when you're ready. It may be the only hour in your week that's entirely yours and it's one of the most important things you can do for yourself. What is Solution-Focused Brief Therapy?

Solution-Focused Therapy helps you create meaningful change now and in the future by focusing on your goals, highlighting your strengths, skills, and successes, and building practical strategies that work for you.

What is EMDR?

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing helps the brain process memories so they’re less emotionally overwhelming. It involves guided eye movements, taps, or sounds that alternate from left to right, which helps the brain integrate the memory differently.
